Madagascar Black Pompona Vanilla (also called Mexican Vanilla) stands out for its impressive, fleshy pods up to 25 cm long – glossy, supple, and powerfully aromatic despite a lower vanillin content. Its complex bouquet blends woody, floral, leathery and caramel notes, offering a refined sensory experience. O riginally from Mexico and the Caribbean, this rare variety has found ideal growing conditions in Madagascar’s northeast. It requires exceptional craftsmanship and a longer curing process than Bourbon vanilla. Highly prized by perfumers for its natural richness in coumarin, and by gourmet chefs for its unique and captivating aroma.
